How does the coupon for Reel Service Center work?

This Coupon is NOT for International reels like V, VSX or Single Speed Series !

There are different possibilities to get the coupon:

1. You buy a coupon at PENNFISHINGCENTER. After payment you will get it by post. You can use the coupon for the care service of your original Penn reel (not valid for models get sold by WFT) or as a gift of another owner of the original Penn reel.

2. You buy a used Penn reel at PENNFISHINGCENTER and you will get too a certificated coupon for free for this bought used Penn reel.

There is no time limit to use the coupon for the first time. If you are in need of service, send the coupon with the reel directly to Reel Service Center. The Reel Service Center authorized by Purefishing Deutschland will do a competent service and send the reel directly back at your place without any costs. Shipping back to you is included.

During the service your reel will get demounted. Each single part will get cleaned, oiled or greased depending on the need and checked for their functions. Afterwards will get srewed newly. This work is included by the coupon of Reel Service Center.

If there is a need for additional parts cause something got broken or is in need to get changed, the Reel Service Center will contact and inform you.

For the costs of spare parts and reparation you will get a separate invoice, in case it is not included in any warranty or guarantee.
