How to buy a gift

Gifts can be bought as a regular item in our online store. When you have bought a gift and it has been succesfully paid it will appear in your shopping cart. Now you can send the gift with the link "send a gift" by e-mail to another person.

How to send a gift

For sending a gift to another person, please click on the link "send a gift" in your shopping cart. For sending a gift, we need the following information from you:
pre- and lastname of the receiver.
A valid e-mail adress of the receiver.
Please check these details very closely. Of course you have the chance to correct them again, before you send them.

How to pay with a gift

As soon as you have a valid gift, you can use it for the payment of an order. You can redeem the gift during the process of ordering. In case the value of the gift is below the value of the chosen goods, you just need to pay the difference. In case the value of the gift is higher than the value of the chosen goods, of course you can use the difference for your next order.

How to redeem a gift

If you received a gift by e-mail, you can redeem it as shown below:
1. Click on the link in the e-mail. In case you do not have alreday a personal customer account, you can create one very easily in our online store.
2. After you have put a product in your shopping cart, you can enter the code of your personal gift.
